Our Friends High Praise for Carolina
Carolina has enlightened me to the value of coaching in personal and professional settings. She cultivated a psychologically safe environment for me to stand in my truth and confront vulnerable topics in my life. By talking about them aloud and answering challenging questions, I was able to discover that I had the tools to solve these issues within myself and feel confident to continue it in the future.
When I first came to Carolina, my professional life was in crisis. Turns out my dream job was nothing short of a nightmare. The panic, along with a deep sense of betrayal, was palpable. That was three years ago. Since then, my career, and income, have soared. Carolina swooped in like a Florence Nightingale to resuscitate my career and help me take charge, and ownership, of it. Her triage—a values-driven approach with a resolute focus on reframing challenging issues. It was just what I needed to make the mental leap into a brighter, infinitely more successful future. Carolina’s passion for her work is infectious. Her incisive knowledge, ingenuity, and authenticity continues to help me realize my potential, and I have no doubt she will do the same for you too.
I enjoyed my time with Carolina Morgan and her coaching program. I learned more than I ever thought I would about myself, and how I can be a better leader and compliment other people’s leadership styles. Coaching with Carolina helped me take a deeper look at what values I cherish the most, and how they can help me build a better lifestyle to connect with people more. I went into coaching with Carolina thinking it would mostly help me in Junior League, but it has definitely changed my outlook on life professionally and personally. All of the exercises we did were so eye opening, and helped me develop a different layer of myself from leadership styles to personal growth edges. It’s hard to explain just how truly transformational coaching with Carolina is, because it does not matter what age you are the things you learn can honestly help you at any stage in you life. Coaching with Carolina was truly unforgettable, and I couldn’t recommend it enough; even if you don’t think you need this in your life -you truly can use it more then you believe.
Carolina is a supportive catalyst for transformation. Her coaching style is inquisitive and insightful. Carolina was able to take me to places I did not think I wanted to go due to her skillful approach. Her ability to grow and push your edge is revitalizing. Carolina is a sensitive guide for deep exploration and a champion for her clients.
I talked with Carolina about basic things within my life, where she was able to dive deeper and unveil thoughts/feelings I wouldn’t have identified through my own personal “lens”. What struck me as most outstanding was her ability to read between the lines of each subject. Carolina could infer from how I talked about a subject if there was a more prominent underlying issue that needed to be addressed; this was based on context clues, careful listening and inference. She was then able to suggest goals to combat my problems based on my personality type and fundamental values. It sounds cliché but having a coach to guide you in the understanding of what values you hold most dear, with no judgement or personal incentive is extremely respected. I found coaching to be more uplifting, and inspirational. My coach Carolina was able to make me come up with real solutions to my life, all while acting as a true mentor and un-biased friend.
