Carolina is a Partner at CultureSync. She has over 20 years of experience in talent and organizational development. She is a skilled trainer, program and curriculum developer, leadership and career coach, organization designer, and change leader. Carolina builds stronger and more effective teams by leveraging leading practices in psychological safety, belonging, and allyship. She has conducted extensive research in strategically leveraging our workforce’s diverse skills and backgrounds to drive organizational results while enriching individuals’ professional experiences.
Carolina designs and implements organizational structures that enable clients to achieve their missions, visions, and objectives. Her expertise in assessment and competency modeling helps her build talent management architectures that attract, retain, and develop leaders at all organizational levels. She has extensive experience in organizational and leadership development, talent acquisition and selection processes, workforce strategy and planning, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement and retention. Carolina specializes in organizations in health care, allied health, technology, law, education, non-profit, and higher education.
Carolina has a master’s degree in organizational communication with a specialization in human resources. She is also a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles. Carolina is a certified administrator of a variety of organizational and leadership development instruments including Hogan Assessment Level I and Level II, the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), and the Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory.
Carolina is a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE)®, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), an International Coach Federation Professional Credentialed Coach (PCC).
Until recently, Carolina was a long-term resident of Los Angeles. She relocated to the state of Washington, where she puts her leadership skills into expert practice launching her teenage daughter into early adulthood and college life. She is also an enthusiastic chef, baker, and culinary artist. She loves feeding people (and her pets) and generally beautifying all things.
