Held at Canyon Ranch in Tucson, Arizona, this immersive retreat launches the academy with a powerful focus on leadership, restoration, and wellbeing. Participants receive a curated suite of world-class wellness and medical services designed specifically for high-performing executives, including:
Comprehensive laboratory testing and personalized physician consultation
DEXA body composition and bone density analysis
Electrocardiogram and pulmonary function testing
Ambulatory sleep screen and musculoskeletal assessment
Continuous glucose monitor application and education
Personalized nutrition consultation and stress management support
Deep tissue massage (80 minutes) and RX for exercise
50-minute follow-up consultation with your retreat physician

Between retreat and coaching, you’ll engage in three high-impact virtual workshops designed to sharpen your leadership edge. These interactive sessions dive deep into real-world executive challenges, from navigating complexity to building aligned, high-performing teams.
Led by seasoned facilitators, master coaches, and rooted in CultureSync’s proven frameworks, these workshops are built for reflection, peer learning, and immediate application, giving you the clarity and tools to lead with purpose and impact.
One-on-One Leadership Support
Each participant receives personalized coaching sessions with a senior CultureSync coach, including sessions with select partners or our CEO, Carrie Kish, a Master Coach. These sessions are designed to deepen insight, expand leadership capacity, and support real-time decision-making.
Coaching is tailored to your unique leadership goals and organizational context. Packages are available with monthly or bi-monthly sessions to maintain clarity, momentum, and accountability.
