Time Commitment:  Approximately 1 hour per week

Cost: 

  • 1 person - $1,000/mo or $10,000/year
  • 3 people - $2,000/mo or $20,000/year
  • 5 people - $3,000/mo or $30,000/year
  • 30 people - $15,000/mo or $150,000/year (full custom cohort)

Credential:  CultureSync Certified Manager (must complete 12 months and capstone project)

Covering communication, delegation, feedback, team development, strategic thinking, and more. Offered on a rotating, open-enrollment basis.

One-on-One Coaching Sessions

Individualized coaching tailored to participants’ goals, supported by optional thematic tracks such as emotional intelligence, inclusion, performance management, and personal effectiveness.

Integrated Leadership Development Plan

A structured, strategic roadmap for professional and personal growth, co-created with a coach or completed independently.

Capstone Project

Through leadership initiatives, team impact reports, journey portfolios, or case studies, participants have the opportunity to demonstrate their leadership journey and impact to their program peers and colleagues. 

Leadership Labs

Group coaching sessions focused on practical application of key leadership concepts using real-world scenarios.

Leadership Personality Assessment and Debrief

Validated assessment (e.g., Hogan or Enneagram) paired with a one-on-one coaching debrief to deepen self-awareness and leadership insight.

Self-Directed and Community Learning Opportunities

Includes curated resources, journaling tools, and online discussion options to enrich the learning journey.
