CultureSync and, more specifically, my coach have had a huge impact on me. I’ve learned a lot of tools that have helped me become a stronger, more effective manager. Although my application of this is still a work in process, I’m most grateful to have learned how to be less reactive and more pensive which I believe has helped my team to grow.
