Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years professional experience in leadership development, organizational development, learning and development, coaching, training, human resources management, or related experience.
- Advanced degree in organizational development, business, organizational psychology, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered in lieu of formal education.
- Exceptional program management skills: Ability to take broad, ambiguous, and/or complex challenges or opportunities and develop them into scopes for actionable projects with clear milestones and goals, with minimal guidance.
- Excellent presentation skills including the ability to create and revise strong visuals and storytelling to create engagement and activate learning.
- Experience in leading, teaming, and consulting via hybrid and virtual formats. Capable of building highly trusting relationships with clients and colleagues remotely.
- Willingness to participate in consultative sales and/or business development for professional services. Most of our clients come from in-bound leads and referrals. An ideal candidate will have past or current clients they are bringing with them and/or a robust network that will come to us for help when they need it.
- Experience using professional social media and other marketing tools to build brand awareness.
- Commitment to upholding our values and engaging in personal and professional development.

- Coaching certification or credential from the International Coach Federation.
- Certification in one or more individual or organizational assessments such as the Hogan Assessment, the Enneagram, the Intercultural Development Inventory, Meyers Briggs, StrengthsFinder, 360s, or others.
- Certification as Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
- Certification in professional training, learning, and development.
- Certification or in-depth training in competency assessment and modeling.
- Additional experience in any of the following areas: change management; diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); design thinking; human resource management and processes; talent planning and acquisition; learning and development; project management.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors ranging from $90,000-$120,000/year
