Consultant and Senior Consultant Positions

CultureSync is seeking a consultant with 3-5 year of experience and a senior consultant with 5-10 years of experience leading complex individual, team, and organizational transformation.

Remote assignments, some travel will be required.

Depending on experience and expertise, Consultant and Senior Consultant will help various clients co-create the future of their workforce through effective client/project management and impactful and meaningful services including:

  • Consulting on best practices related to a variety of fields such as human resources, talent, and organizational development, change management, team dynamics, conflict management,
  • Facilitation of training sessions and discussions that are engaging, experiential, collaborative, thought-provoking, relevant, and contextual. Training methodology should be innovative, while relying on best practices in adult learning. 
  • Executive and leadership coaching that empowers, champions, challenges, and inspires our clients.

Both roles will also be expected to contribute in varying degrees to the growth of business development outcomes.

What You Bring

Qualifications & Experience

  • Consultant: 3-5 years professional experience in leadership development, organizational development, learning and development, coaching, training, human resources management, or related fields.
  • Senior Consultant: 5-10 years professional experience in leadership development, organizational development, learning and development, coaching, training, human resources management, or related fields.

Both Positions

  • Advanced degree in organizational development, business, organizational psychology, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Exceptional program management skills: Ability to take broad, ambiguous, and/or complex challenges or opportunities and develop them into scopes for actionable projects with clear milestones and goals, with minimal guidance.
  • Strong experience in facilitating transformational workshops with different audiences (executives, senior leaders, managers, individual contributors, front line workers, etc.) both large and small.
  • Excellent presentation skills including the ability to create and revise  strong visuals and storytelling to create engagement and activate learning.
  • Proven experience and skilled in leading, teaming, and consulting via hybrid and virtual formats. Capable of building highly trusting relationships with clients and colleagues remotely.
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with consultative sales and/or business development for professional services.
  • Proven experience in successful business development, generating leads and developing clients. Most of our clients come from in-bound leads and referrals.  An ideal candidate will have past or current  clients they are bringing with them and/or a robust network that will come to us for help when they need it.

Bonus Qualifications & Experience

  • Coaching certification or credential from the International Coach Federation.
  • Certification in one or more individual or organizational assessments such as the Hogan Assessment, the Enneagram, the Intercultural Development Inventory, Meyers Briggs, StrengthsFinder, 360s, or others.  
  • Certification as Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
  • Certification in diversity equity and inclusion, professional training, or learning and development.
  • Certification or in-depth training in competency assessment and modeling. 
  • Additional experience in any of the following areas: change management; diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); design thinking; human resource management and processes; talent planning and acquisition; learning and development; project management.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors. Consultant pay range is $90,000 to $120,000/year. Senior Consultant pay range is  $110,000-$140,000/year.
